Even went out of her way to respond to a question I had outside of business hours. Can't say enough good things!

It's a great little pet shop. The people that work there are extremely knowledgeable and give really good advice. All their products are high quality, and it's quite reasonably priced for the area. I'm very glad I found this place. I live 1 mile away and didn't even know it existed until recently.

I love this store and Susanna, the owner! Having 2 pets with Cancer she guided me through dietary changes and supplements for my dog and cat. Now she caters to my new puppy and her needs:) Susanna is very knowledgeable and caring! Thanks for all you do! 💞 Sarah and Riley!

Wonderful store!! The owner is very friendly and helpful! My dog Miley loves shopping for treats at Scratch and sniff. She doesn’t mind bath days either because she knows she’ll get a yummy treat after!
